WSSf country member Snowshoe federation of India to sent racers to Italian Snowshoeing Running Event

In a significant boost to Kashmir’s sports tourism and Indo-Italian cultural engagement, J&K SnowShoe Association President Tariq Ghani and Senior Vice President Naseem Chaya have been formally invited to the prestigious 52nd Ciaspolada–2026 International SnowShoe Race scheduled to be held in Trentino, Italy.
The invitation has been extended by the event hosts in Italy through the SnowShoe Federation of India, marking a proud moment for the winter-sports community of Jammu & Kashmir.
As part of a 19-member Team India, Ghani and Chaya will join top athletes and officials from across the globe. Jammu & Kashmir will also be represented by athletes Gulzar Khan and Muzamil Hussain, who will compete alongside international snowshoe runners.
